A free 20-minute call. Tell us the property, the price guide, and what the agent has said so far. We tell you honestly what we think it’s worth.

2. Comparables & Strategy (Days 1–2)

We pull comparable sales, analyse the listing’s time on market, and build a negotiation strategy with target price, opening offer, and walk-away point.

3. Contract Review (Day 2–3)

We review the contract of sale and identify terms beyond price that we can negotiate — deposit, settlement length, conditions, inclusions.

4. Live Negotiation (Days 3–7)

We negotiate directly with the agent on your behalf. You stay in control — every offer is approved by you before it’s submitted.

5. Contract Exchange

Once accepted, we coordinate with your solicitor for exchange and handover. Most engagements wrap up inside two weeks.

No. The Negotiate Only service is designed for exactly this. As long as you haven’t signed a contract, we can step in and negotiate on your behalf.

How much can a professional negotiator actually save me?

It varies, but most clients save many multiples of our fee. On a single negotiation we routinely save buyers tens of thousands compared to the asking price.

What if the property is going to auction?

If it’s an auction property, you want our Auction Bidding service instead. Different strategy, different fee — we’ll point you to the right one on the discovery call.

Do you negotiate by phone or in person?

Both — whichever is more effective for the specific agent and property. Most negotiations are won on the phone with the right tone and tactics.

How fast can you start?

Same day, usually. If the property is hot and you need to move, book the discovery call and we can be negotiating within hours.

Will I lose control of the negotiation?

Not at all. Every offer, counter-offer, and term goes back to you for approval before it’s communicated to the agent. You decide — we execute.
