I already own one investment property — can you still help?

Yes. Most of our investor clients are buying their 2nd, 3rd, or 5th property. We’ll review your existing portfolio and recommend the best next move.

Should I buy a house, unit, or townhouse?

It depends entirely on your strategy, borrowing capacity, and chosen market. We’ll recommend the asset type that best serves your goal — we have no incentive to push one over another.
